Instead of just giving out candy this Halloween, help provide a healthy, sustainable food source to families in need!
In Iliyaku, a neighboring community to Shandia, nearly 40% of residents experience chronic malnutrition. MPI is launching a new program to combat this issue AND WE NEED YOUR HELP! This new program will provide participating families with 25 chicks to raise for eggs, resulting in 3-5 years of reliable protein to incorporate into their diets! Participants will also receive materials to build a chicken coop, education on proper chicken care, nutrition classes, and other capacity building trainings!
It will cost $200 to fully sponsor 1 family to participate in the program. Donate between now and October 31st to help sponsor all 20 families who are hoping to participate!
